It is recommended that a return have a minimum of $3500 in creditable items, and if not, then a store may see a minimum fee of $400 instead of the typical percentage rate. This is to ensure that our on-site reps are compensated for their time and travel expenses. This fee is charged at the rep's discretion.
Generally, fee is not charged on the first return or when a rep is traveling outside their normal territory to another territory.
