Thank you for choosing Return Solutions! We have received your account setup request. Please send a current copy of your DEA license and State license to dea@drugreturns.com or via fax at 865-675-2474. A current copy for both must be on file for all returns.
We have officially set up your account; however, we would like to offer you the opportunity to switch to an on-site service if you wish.
The representative would walk your shelves, supply the necessary paperwork, answer any questions regarding credible vs. non-credible products, and prepare your products for shipment to our facility for processing. It would be a 2.5% fee increase. For example, if you selected the 90-day option, then it would be from 9.4% to 11.9%.

For your reference, your login information to our online portal is below. You can use this information to view your inventory, estimate, and checks received, track any direct manufacturer credits, and request future service appointments. Click here to view our online portal.

To remain compliant with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and state regulations, you are required to inventory all prescription products.
You must provide an exact count for CII items. Non-control and CIII-CV item quantities may be estimated by rounding to the nearest quarter. You are not required to inventory OTC and HBC items.
Please combine all CII, CIII-CV, non-controls, and OTC items into a single return. If you have CII's, a DEA 222 form will automatically be printed and mailed to you upon completion of this inventory. Do not ship returns with CII's until receipt of 222 form(s).
