The primary advantage of our service is how quickly and simply you receive your expired product returns credit.  We issue a single check, for all credit due through our OneCheck Select program, within as few as 10 days after your return, or you can choose from our 30 or 90-day options.  The rate depends on the timeframe you select. The manufacturer credits are listed directly on your check stub, significantly reducing the time spent reconciling estimated versus received credit. 

 

Our fee is an all-inclusive percentage of your returnable product value, so there are no additional charges for shipping, controls processing, or destruction of non-returnable items.

  • Inventory products quickly online. 
  • Print Return Authorization form and prepaid UPS shipping label.
  • Give boxes to any UPS driver.
  • Receive a credit estimate online within 3-5 business days.

As mentioned in our call, you do already have a mail in account established. Please send a current copy of your DEA license and State license to dea@drugreturns.com or via fax at 865-675-2474. A current copy for both must be on file for all returns.

We accept all items that are currently expired as well as items that expire within the next four months. Please note that our minimum fee for mail-in returns is $150. We recommend if you only have a few items to hold them until you have a larger return to avoid additional charges. We recommend mail-in customers send a return every 3-6 months. 


To remain compliant with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and state regulations, you are required to inventory all prescription products.

 

You must provide an exact count for CII items. Non-control and CIII-CV item quantities may be estimated by rounding to the nearest quarter. You are not required to inventory OTC and HBC items.

 

Please combine all CII, CIII-CV, non-controls, and OTC items into a single return. If you have CII's, a DEA 222 form will automatically be printed and mailed to you upon completion of this inventory. Do not ship returns with CII's until receipt of 222 form(s).
