Please be aware that per EPA guidelines, hazardous pharmaceutical waste items must meet ALL criteria to be sent to a reverse distributor. We cannot accept non-creditable hazardous waste that does not meet the following:
-it has reasonable expectation to receive manufacturer credit,
-is in its original manufacturer's packaging,
-and is unexpired or less than one year past expiration.
If you have items that do meet the above criteria, but are still unsure if we can accept them, you can send a list of the items, and I can forward it to our warehouse team for further clarification. If any portion of your expired inventory is non-hazardous, we can absolutely assist with those items through our mail-in service.
Destruction-only returns are not eligible for onsite pickup, but they may be processed through our standard mail-in program. I have attached our destruction pricing for your records. Our minimum destruction fee has recently changed and is now $150.
If the overall return is eligible for credit, destruction fees may be waived at our discretion. For credit-eligible items, the following accelerated-credit rates apply depending on how quickly you'd like to receive your reimbursement:
To receive credit within: Mail-In Rate
90 days 10.9 percent
30 days 14.9 percent
10 days 18.9 percent
Our mail-in service is simple to use:
• Complete inventory online.
• Print your Return Authorization form and prepaid UPS label.
• Send your boxes with any UPS driver.
• We will issue an invoice and provide proof of destruction once processing is complete.
